After graduating from the University of York with a Bachelor in Electric Engineering, Tom had spent several years as an engineer before joining Phaidon International. He developed multiple technical recruitment teams in the Energy sector in London before moving to Singapore to lead the Renewable Energy Team, providing top quality recruitment service across the APAC region.
