As a non-profit association, the Asia Wind Energy Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the members at the AGM. Each Board position has a two-year term. The first selection of the board members will be done by the end of June 2017 and a total of 6 members will be selected.

Board of Directors

The Board meets two times a year and is made up of representatives of each membership category.

• 2 representatives of Basic Members
• 2 representatives of Silver Members
• 2 representatives of Gold Members

The Board members are appointed for a two-year period.
