Tom Baker has worked in the renewables sector of the insurance industry since 2006.

Initially working for a London based broker, Tom moved to the specialist renewable energy insurer, GCube Underwriting Limted in 2010, underwriting on and offshore wind projects on a global basis.

Tom joined Aon in 2018 to develop their renewable energy business throughout Asia, with a specific focus on the offshore wind industry.

With almost 15 years experience in renewable energy insurance, together with Aon’s pre-eminent position in the offshore wind sector, Tom can advise on all the trends and lessons learned from the European developments over recent years and how that experience will impact projects in Asia.
