Terence Fong

Terence Fong is ERM Partner responsible for overseeing Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Biodiversity Impact Assessments, environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A), Environmental and Social Due Diligence (ESDD) and permitting for power particularly renewables, submarine cables and utilities, and infrastructure development in the Asia Pacific region. He has over twenty years’ experience in ecological research, environmental management and marine conservation and is highly familiar with environmental & pollution issues, and at leading stakeholder engagement activities to support permitting submarine cable systems. He has managed, designed and supervised numerous Project spanning across different ERM offices to meet client requirements including in Singapore, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and Brunei as well as core work in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and PR China.
