Shawn is a Partner in Watson Farley & Williams’ finance, maritime and energy groups and is based in Singapore. His practice extends across the renewable energy and maritime industries. He has a wide range of cross-border finance experience, in particular project finance for renewable energy projects, ship finance and the financing of offshore oil and gas production assets (including gas to power projects), ECA financing (particularly Sinosure backed facilities) and acquisition finance and general bilateral and syndicated corporate lending. Shawn has advised financiers, contractors and sponsors on renewable energy projects in Asia and is presently acting on Taiwanese solar and offshore wind projects.
