Hisao Imada

President, Dokai Marine Systems Ltd.

Hisao joined Dokai Marine Systems in 2001, and became a president in 2017. Before that, he was an Executive Director/General Manager of the company’s Tokyo head office for 9 years, leading its business development department and overseas division. During this period, he contributed to the completion of various marine services.
His recent focus is diversifying the company’s business portfolio, while ensuring the steady development of core business lines. Under his leadership, the company, as a marine service provider, has been looking for opportunities in offshore wind power markets both in Japan and other Asian countries.
