Terence Fong is ERM Partner responsible for overseeing Environmental & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Biodiversity Impact Assessments, environmental monitoring and audit (EM&A) and permitting for power, submarine utilities, infrastructure development, and international and domestic telecommunications systems in the Asia Pacific region. He has over twenty years’ experience in ecological research, environmental management and assessment in the power sector and has advised on a number of renewables projects in Taiwan. Mr. Fong is also experienced at leading stakeholder engagement activities to support permitting submarine cable systems. He has managed, designed and supervised numerous Project spanning across different ERM offices to meet client requirements including in Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam and Brunei as well as core work in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, and PR China.
