Phoebe Li is the Head of Corporate Finance Department at CTBC. She has been with CTBC for 17 years and is responsible for structuring, arranging and originating syndicated loan transactions in Greater China market. Phoebe is also in charge of the global specialty products including project finance, financial advisory, shipping finance and agency services for CTBC

Phoebe has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She joined the Citibank and China Development Industrial Bank prior to taking the position of Head of Corporate Finance Department in CTBC. In addition to the banking field, Phoebe also had the experience in serving the post of Board Director and Supervisor for electricity companies while in China Development Industrial Bank including Sun Ba Power, Hsin Tao Power and Ever Energy Co., Ltd., etc.
