Michael Werner is an experienced legal counselor handling company setups and legal support of companies in commercial and taxation matters, work permits, and foreign investment approvals. He has assisted a major European energy company with compliance and contract issues in association with Taiwan’s local power utility, including the setup of a local subsidiary. Michael was also active in the setting up of a wind power group within the island’s leading foreign business chamber.
