Joost has worked for 10 years in the offshore installation and decommissioning industry and worked on various offshore wind T&I projects such as Borssele, ChangFang & XiDao, TPC2 as package manager, acting as lead engineer and operations manager on several decommissioning projects and specializes in heavy lifting and (offshore) construction management and supports developers in efficiently organizing, designing and executing offshore wind projects. Within IX Joost was T&I manager for an 300MW offshore wind project in Taiwan and he managed the procurement of Foundation T&I, OSS T&I and WTIV supply.
