Dick has entered the offshore industry 6 years ago when starting at CAPE Holland. With a BSc in Automotive engineering, he started his working life in the UK where he stayed for 15 years before returning to The Netherlands. Dick has dedicated his time at CAPE Holland to the introduction and promotion of the vibratory technology in the offshore market. After many success stories in the Offshore Oil and Gas markets, the Offshore Wind market is now also starting to see the many advantages of CAPE’s Vibro Lifting Tool which is a vibratory hammer and certified lifting tool hybrid. Dick is working hard on further expanding CAPE Hollands track record which already includes 6 monopile installations related to the Offshore Wind market.
