Andrew Eckhardt

Andrew Eckhardt, CFA, Vice President is a project finance banker with more than 10 years in banking and financial advisory. He has been involved in the financing of more than 4 GW of wind financing, including several offshore wind transactions, most recently the 640 MW Yunlin project in Taiwan. He has been involved in several offshore wind farms in Europe, including Meerwind, Walney, and Merkur. He has also acted as an independent expert on arbitration proceedings in the offshore wind sector. Prior to joining KfW IPEX-Bank, he worked in the investment banking industry and a financial advisory boutique. He started his professional career as a parliamentary assistant to a member of Germany’s lower parliamentary chamber. He holds an advanced degree in Economics from the University of Passau.
