OSRL is the world’s largest industry-funded oil spill response cooperative, supporting members with preparedness and response capabilities worldwide. With more than 300 experts across 13 global bases, we strengthen industry readiness by providing technical expertise and delivering effective, coordinated responses whenever and wherever they are needed. Our mission is to equip members with the resources required to prepare for and respond to oil spills efficiently, helping to minimise impacts on communities and the environment.

Our strategy is built around three core pillars: Engage, Prepare, and Respond. Through Engage, we foster long-term, trust-based relationships with members, regulators, and industry stakeholders. Prepare focuses on helping organisations develop robust, risk-based strategies that meet evolving operational and regulatory requirements.
