With a growing portfolio and a passionate team, they are looking for a Senior Stakeholder and Communications Manager to drive engagement strategies.

The Role
As Senior Stakeholder and Communications Manager, you will lead and implement communications, community engagement, and stakeholder relations strategies across our renewable energy projects. You’ll be the critical link between our business, government, landowners, local communities, and industry partners – building trust and strengthening relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver external communication strategies that align with company goals and project timelines.
• Lead community consultation and engagement activities for projects during development, construction, and operation.
• Manage media relations, press releases, social media presence, and corporate messaging.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, traditional owners, community groups, and industry organisations.
• Identify and manage risks related to stakeholder concerns and impacts.
• Provide strategic advice to internal teams and executives on communication and engagement matters.

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, public affairs, or related fields.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy, resources, or renewable energy sectors highly regarded.
• Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and community engagement programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong political and cultural awareness, particularly in regional and rural Australia.
