Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Asia to join a high-performing team based in Seoul. This role will focus on driving rental and sales activities for high-performance foundation installation equipment across Asia with a major focus on Korea. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, tendering, and operations teams to deliver integrated technical and commercial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales and rental efforts for foundation installation and handling equipment within the Asian market.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand regional presence.

  • Prepare, negotiate, and close contracts with support from internal legal and commercial teams.

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client presentations.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to inform sales strategy and execution.

  • Provide timely reporting on sales leads, opportunities, and contract status.

  • Travel extensively across South Korea and wider Asia to engage with customers.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technical business, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proven track record managing long sales cycles for capital goods, with experience closing multi-million Euro contracts.

  • Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with contract negotiation and legal terminology.

  • Proactive and flexible approach, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Confident in engaging with clients and internal teams to develop optimal solutions.

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; additional European language skills are advantageous but not essential.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within South Korea and the broader Asian region.
