Taylor Hopkinson has partnered with a leading offshore wind developer in Korea who is seeking quality manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and implementing the quality management Plan including quality objectives, processes, and documentation requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of quality control measures during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Monitor and track quality performance metrics, analyzing trends and recommending improvements.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are understood and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaise with certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.
• Manage quality lead and quality inspector resources at various manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in engineering majors (civil, electrical, mechanical)
• More than 5 years experience in EPC projects for quality management in related fields.
• Familiar with industry codes and standard such as ISO9001 & ISO19011.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations such as ISO, IEC standards, and industry-specific guidelines.
• Fluent in Both Korean and English
