We are working on behalf of an international contractor who are a market leader in the built environment and data center fields. We are supporting to appoint a Project Cost Manager for a series of major construction and infrastructure projects in Korea.

This is a unique opportunity for a well-rounded professional with experience in project execution, cost oversight, procurement, and consultant coordination. You’ll play a key role in managing timelines, budgets, contracts, and quality standards throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Areas of Focus:

• Overseeing construction delivery from design through to completion

• Developing project schedules, budgets, and procurement strategies

• Managing consultant teams, contractors, and regulatory interactions

• Preparing and reviewing cost estimates, forecasts, and payment applications

• Leading procurement activities including tendering and contract negotiations

• Ensuring quality, risk, and compliance processes are followed

• Acting as the main liaison with key stakeholders, both internal and external

Your Background:

• Degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of experience in project delivery and cost/commercial oversight

• Familiarity with MEP/M&E scopes and estimating is highly advantageous

• Strong communicator and coordinator across technical and commercial teams
