Responsibilities
– Responsible for overall procurement activities including material, service, asset, transportation and installation procurement during construction period.
– Reviewing contract and negotiation techniques during vendor engagements, ensuring terms and pricing are aligned with overall project terms. Manage contract risks and enforce company policies strictly.
– Conduct regular spending analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and conduct contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and payment conditions.
– Manage end-to-end procurement process, including budget, PO, delivery timelines, and inventory control.
– Provide regular reports on procurement activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to measure procurement performance and targets.
– Monitor project and production schedules to ensure all operations and materials meet the required standards and timelines for the specified locations.
– Comply with HSE requirements of company, find and report hazards in the process of work, reporting HSE incident.
Qualification
– BA or MA degree in business, engineering or supply related majors.
– Minimum 5 years experience in procurement or supply chain in offshore/onshore wind area.
– Good knowledge and experience in overall procurement process and activities
– Fluent in Korean and English
