As the Head of M&A, you will play a key role in driving mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring and execution of strategic projects including transactions and fund-raising initiatives.

This role will be working closely with the country teams, CIO and CEO in identifying strategic opportunities, oversee asset level commercial analysis and structuring to inform investment decisions, and manage / support M&A transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full M&A lifecycle including financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment

• Drive capital raising across equity, debt, and hybrid instruments

• Develop and maintain investor and capital market relationships

• Oversee asset-level commercial structuring and analysis

• Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute growth strategy

• Build and lead a high-performing, inclusive investment team

Requirements of the Candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in M&A or corporate finance, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure

• Candidates who are fluent in English. Business level Japanese will a plus.

• Strong track record of closed deals and capital raising

• Deep financial acumen and strategic thinking

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
