Responsibilities:
Enhance and manage the MtM value of the existing client book within Trading business
Develop, refine, and secure approval for innovative sales strategies in line with corporate objectives
Proactively expand and nurture relationships with sales agents and end users to grow business opportunities.
Inspire, motivate, and guide the sales team toward achieving and exceeding targets.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with sales agents and end users to ensure long-term success.
Develop and implement effective retailing strategies that drive returns while managing exposure and risk.
Provide critical support to back-office operations to ensure seamless sales execution.
Participate in other trading sales-related activities and projects as needed
Skills & Requirements
・Deep knowledge of power retailing contracts and negotiation skills with end-users.
・Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and other MS Office Tools.
・Japanese native or business level. Business Level English
・Able to adapt to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced business environment
