They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager – HR to lead human resources and administration in their Korea office, supporting both people initiatives and business growth.



Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Manager – HR to lead the full HR and administration functions for our client’s Korea office. This role serves as a strategic business partner to the Country Head and leadership team, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives while cultivating an engaging and high-performance work culture.
You will lead talent acquisition, performance management, compensation planning, and employee development, while also overseeing office operations and administrative support functions.



Responsibilities:

* Partner with the Country Head and management to deliver end-to-end HR support across all business functions.
* Lead local recruitment strategy in collaboration with branding and communications teams.
* Build and maintain employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication.
* Develop and align compensation and benefits structures with market benchmarks.
* Plan and execute training and development programs to build workforce capabilities.
* Implement and manage performance evaluation systems in line with global frameworks.
* Coordinate employee recognition and retention strategies.
* Supervise day-to-day office operations, including facility management, systems, and safety.
* Ensure all HR policies are current and aligned with global and local compliance requirements.
* Act as a key driver for building a collaborative and positive workplace culture.



Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
* 8+ years’ experience in full-function HR roles, preferably within multinational organisations.
* Strong fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency in Microsoft 365 (O365).
* Demonstrated expertise in recruitment methodologies and talent management.
* Strong strategic mindset with logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, approachable leadership style.
* Capable of managing priorities independently and under pressure.
* Proactive and highly organised with a strong sense of ownership.
