Green Giraffe

Sophie is one of the founders of Green Giraffe and has led the financing of multiple offshore wind projects. he was involved in the dept advisory missions for the C-Power (325 MW, Belgium, 2010) and Meerwind (288MW, Germany, 2011) offshore wind farms and advised one of the consortia (EDFEN/DONG) bidding in the first offshore wind tender in France (1.5 GW of projects won in 2012). She the led the teams working on the Gemini (600 Mw, the Netherlands, 2014) and Norsee 1 (332 MW, Germany, 2015) offshore wind projects. She also lead the refinancings of both Gemini & Nordsee One and was involved in the German offshore wind tender. She also worked on the strategic exploration of the Latin American market as well as the Taiwanese market and organised a seminar on offshore for local banks in Taipei last November 2017
