Andre Herath

Andre graduated from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Canada, and during his professional career has been involved in engineering consulting work on commercial scale power, infrastructure, and wind energy projects in Canada and Japan. Andre settled in Tokyo in 2016 to support Mott MacDonald’s delivery of technical advisory services for onshore and offshore wind projects in Japan. Working in Tokyo as a Project Manager in the wind power advisory team, he supports developers and financiers on technical and commercial aspects of project development, construction and operation. He has recently been involved in technical advisory roles for the first offshore wind farms in Japan.
