Richard, an experienced Project Director, has spent the past 30 years in the energy sector developing and delivering projects in the renewables and conventional energy generation space. Within this time Richard has spent 20+ years developing and delivering offshore wind projects globally.Richard has been responsible for the overall development strategy and delivery of offshore wind projects including: Environmental Impact Assessment and permitting; project budgets and schedules; procurement; technical feasibility and detailed design; project financing; and stakeholder management. Richard has been based in Japan since June 2018 leading the development of a number of potential offshore wind opportunities.

— UK: Thanet (300MW). Delivered in 2008 to Vattenfall.
— UK: Dudgeon (500MW). Delivered in 2013 to Statkraft and Statoil.
—Taiwan: Formosa 1 (128MW). Construction completed in 2019.
—Taiwan: Formosa 2 (376MW). Financial Close in 2019. Target 2021 for COD.
—Taiwan: Formosa 3 (~2,000MW). Currently under development. Target 2026 for COD
