LB Kramer has 15 years of experience in the wind energy sector thereof 10 years in the wind offshore energy, preceded by 5 years as wind onshore developer.

OWEC’s services are focused on the substructures for the wind industry:

As project manager, LB has been in charge of the design of jacket substructures for several pioneering / record breaking wind farms: Alpha Ventus in Germany, Ormonde in UK, Thornton Bank in Belgium, before taking the lead of BD and sales activities.

As such, he has been a pioneer of the wind offshore industry (market & technology) for almost a decade, involved in projects in Europe and more recently in several Asian emerging markets (Taiwan, Korea, etc.)

He holds a MSc. in Civil Engineering (ESTP Paris) as well as in International Management (ESCP Europe)
