Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee project management systems and tools to improve governance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure structured documentation of project phases, enabling effective cross functional reporting and information flow.
- Provide strategic oversight and management across multiple project packages, ensuring resource optimisation and timely execution.
- Lead project risk management, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Support corporate and project teams in alignment with established policies, time lines, and quality standards.
- Conduct assessments of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimise project execution.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and enhance project management strategies and frameworks.
- Mentor and coach project managers and teams to build strong project execution capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and quality standards within the project management office.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in leading Project Management Office functions within offshore wind, energy, or large scale infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within offshore wind, renewable energy, or engineering environments.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management and Execution methodologies, with PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (DMS, Risk Management, Scheduling Software, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Prior experience in the oil & gas industry with transferable project management skills may be considered.
- Ability to work in Taiwan and collaborate with international teams.
