Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee project management systems and tools to improve governance, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure structured documentation of project phases, enabling effective cross functional reporting and information flow.
  • Provide strategic oversight and management across multiple project packages, ensuring resource optimisation and timely execution.
  • Lead project risk management, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
  • Support corporate and project teams in alignment with established policies, time lines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct assessments of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to optimise project execution.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and enhance project management strategies and frameworks.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and teams to build strong project execution capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and quality standards within the project management office.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading Project Management Office functions within offshore wind, energy, or large scale infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within offshore wind, renewable energy, or engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management and Execution methodologies, with PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (DMS, Risk Management, Scheduling Software, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams.
  • Prior experience in the oil & gas industry with transferable project management skills may be considered.
  • Ability to work in Taiwan and collaborate with international teams.
