- Assume the role of HRBP for overseas offices.
- Drive the implementation of HR policies and initiatives in international settings.
- Lead end-to-end manpower planning, overseeing recruiting, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and retention efforts within designated business units.
- Plan and implement ad hoc HR projects to address evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources.
- Preferably have at least 5 years of experience in leading teams.
- Previous experience in multi-national companies will be a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
