Construction has been launched on Tilt Renewables Ltd’s (NZE:TLT) 336-MW Dundonnell wind project in Victoria, the New Zealand-based developer announced.
The wind farm, calling for an investment of AUD 560 million (USD 401.4m/EUR 352.8m), is expected to become operational in the third quarter of 2020. Its construction will take about 22 months, with related transmission works scheduled to last about 14 months, Tilt Renewables said last week. The required transmission infrastructure will be set up by AusNet Services (ASX:AST).
